About Hamza

A nurse who kept seeing clinical teams do the work while the money got stuck somewhere behind them.

Hamza trained as a nurse and worked inside growing practices before founding TruCare in 2022. He built the company to close the gap between care delivered and revenue collected, starting as a billing and credentialing service and growing it into a revenue operating system.

He writes about the operational side of healthcare revenue, usually starting from something practical, like a provider sitting idle while a payer reviews their file, and working back to the process that allowed it. He argues for structure over heroics.
